Homemade pastries, breads and gourmet pizzas from the resorts wood fired Pizza oven will delight you. Your own private chef will design your menu based on your dietary requirements, likes and dislikes and seasonal availability of fresh local produce, seafood and imported delicates.
We email you a short survey well before your arrival, to find out about your taste preferences and diet so we can get ready to make your dining experience with us simply unforgettable. All menus for our guests stay are custom designed for each guest, so no set menus are used.
Dining is never the same at Vacala Bay. You can take your breakfast at our outdoor sea view bar, have your lunch from an overflowing picnic basket on a deserted white sand beach or sip a cocktail in the sun lounge pool, followed by a candlelit dinner under the stars with the fire roaring in the background.
